RETURNING CAMPER DISCOUNT: Returning campers enrolling by October 1, 2024 will receive an additional $100 discount.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS: $100 discount per each additional sibling enrolled;
REFER-A-FRIEND DISCOUNT: $100 discount per enrolled camper referral.
ONE HAPPY CAMPER SCHOLARSHIPS: If this is your first time at a Jewish sleepaway camp, you may eligible for a One Happy Camper grant from the Foundation for Jewish Camp. Click here for more information.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Need-based financial assistance is available. All financial assistance applications must be submitted by February 1, 2025. Award notifications happen on a rolling basis. Click here for more information or email info@sabababeachaway.org.
ADDITIONAL COST: $450 additional charge for the 2-week Beginner Scuba Diving Open Water Certification program. $450 additional charge for the Advanced Diver Certification. The cost of equipment is not included and can be purchases from Lynnhaven Dive Center.
DEPOSITS: The amount of the deposit is determined by the date of the application and whether the camper is enrolling for one or more sessions:
CREDIT CARD FEES: Commonpoint has implemented a 3% credit card service fee. This fee allows businesses to cover the 3% fee that the credit card company is charging. The charge does not and will not apply to other payment forms such as cash, checks, debit cards, or ACH payments.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Pay in full. Pay your balance in full at anytime prior to May 1, 2025. Up to 50% of tuition must be paid by March 3rd; 75% of tuition by April 1st. Applications received after May 1, 2025 must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Progress payments with auto-pay. Your balance will divided by into equal installments charged monthly to your credit card on file.
REFUND POLICY: For 2025 only there is no penalty for cancellations before March 1, 2025. From March 3, 2025, 50% of tuition will not be refunded. No refunds will be given after May 15, 2025. All tuitions must be paid by May 1, 2025. Note: Full Terms & Conditions are included in the application form.
